     Pavilion Properties is a family owned commercial real estate development and brokerage company doing business primarily in California’s Central Valley. The company was created in 1987 by its founder Kevin Tweed. Kevin is a graduate of Fresno State University and currently holds a California Real Estate Brokerage License. Kevin began his career in real estate in 1978 with Charles Tingey Associates specializing in shopping center leasing. In 1981, he and his friend and business partner, Thomas Anderson, started their own commercial real estate brokerage office in Fresno called Anderson/Tweed Commercial Associates. Anderson /Tweed sold to Grubb & Ellis Company Inc. in 1984. Thomas Anderson and Kevin Tweed developed several shopping centers together throughout California under the name AT Investments. During his tenure at Grubb & Ellis, Kevin was appointed Senior Marketing Consultant, Top Salesman in the Fresno Retail Department, Top Salesman in the Fresno Office and Top Retail Salesman of the Northwest Region of Grubb & Ellis.

     Kevin has spent most of his brokerage and development career developing 62 shopping centers for Kmart Corporation in California. In addition to Kmart, Kevin was a “Preferred Developer” for the Rite Aid Corporation in Kern County developing projects for his own account as well as a fee developer for Rite Aid. He also was a fee developer for the late Robert Picinnini who was the founder of Save Mart Supermarkets in several redevelopment projects. Kevin is a past president and board member of Infant of Prague Adoption Agency, The Fansler Foundation, WestAmerica Bank, Boy’s Tennis Coach at San Joaquin Memorial High School and currently on the board of Prescription Abusers in Need (P.A.I.N.).

     Tanner Tweed joined Pavilion Properties in 2012. Tanner is a licensed California Real Estate Agent. Tanner began his career at Pavilion Properties by managing the Shaver Lake Village Hotel located in Shaver Lake, California. Tanner is now working on the Victorian Square shopping center in Oakhurst, the redevelopment of the historic Broken Bit Restaurant property on 53 acres in Coarsegold, CA and managing the Coarsegold Rodeo Grounds.

     Chelsea and Josh Cates are the operations managers at the Shaver Lake Village Hotel and owners of Float Swim School.
